Awards for our work
We designed and manned the CKKL/CFRA ~ KOOLFM Float for The Ottawa Firefighters Association 23rd " Help Santa Toy Parade" in November of 1993. Station Manager, Mark Mahue said " It was larger than life. You should have seen the kids' faces light up. Good job! " ...another project set up in less than a week and the float was damaged severely less than 24 hours before . We repaired the damage and still won the award for best media float.
Shaun Courtney had nine nominations for other awards, but won a regional award for best (TV) production assistant of the year after being in the field for less than a year. 1989
